Aluminum Channel Letters are meticulously crafted by hand from 16, 18, 22 and 24 gauge alloy 5052 Aluminum Sheet. Aluminum Channel Letters can come painted to your color specifications or can come as brushed or anodized aluminum. With virtually unlimited design potential and expertly crafted to exacting requirements sizes range from 12” to 5ft tall with return depths up to 6"! Typical 15 day production time

Standard Mounting Hardware
STUD MOUNT NO BACKS
This option has no back cover to the letter which may result in birds and critters nesting in the back if installed to a wall with standoff from the wall. Studs screw into L-brackets attached to the letter body.
STUD MOUNT WITH METAL BACKS
Minimum 6" Letter height. This option adds a metal back cover to the letter to prevent birds and critters from nesting in it. Studs pass through the back cover and screw into L-brackets attached to the letter body. Additionally you can order spacers(standoff) that act as sleeves to stand the letters away from the wall by whatever amount you choose in the standoff option. The back option is not weatherproof, not finished and is not a perfect fit.

Top Stud Mount with thick back
This top stud mount allows for letters to hang below a railing without the need for tie backs. The thick metal back on these letters are so strong that along with the addition of welded internal stud nuts will hold the letters free from movement and resulting metal fatigue. Not available for online purchase. Email for quote with details such as height and depth of letters.

That means that should a product fade, break or contain any defect, the manufacturer will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you, as long as the product is installed in its original location. For warranty claims please email us or use our contact form. We will pass your claim onto the plant for their consideration

We refine our coating technology, and deliver a product that we know will last much longer than the life of any other product you may install. From experience in the field and from our test lab results, we know that our products will last in excess of 10 years without any noticeable degradation in appearance. We know, from many installations around the world, that many of our products last longer than that.
Please note that warranties are limited and do not cover embedding letters in concrete or using interior products in outdoor projects.
