Here you can price and buy face lighted channel letters. You can buy them with the LED already installed or you can buy them as ready for your provided LED modules and powerpacks. If you buy them without LED installed you will get the letters with backs and the inside of the cans painted. All you have to do is provide the LED modules and power.

These Stainless Steel Channel Letters come either LED equiped or "LED ready" for your supplied LED modules". Meticulously crafted by hand from 16, 18, 22 and 24 gauge alloy's 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Sheet. Where color is required, we use Titanium coated Stainless 304 Sheet with colors ranging from Brass to Bronze and Copper. LED included comes with all required power packs, lux tested for optimal halo effects, internally wired ready for your electrician. Full install instructions and wiring diagrams included, UL approved and factory warranted for 5 years on the LED. Typical 10 to 15 day production time

Important Pricing Considerations
Fonts
Block Fonts are 20% cheaper than Serif Fonts
Font selection is restricted by chosen letter height. Larger stainless steel channel letters give you more fonts to choose from.
Thin or curly fonts are not good candidates for production with LED sign letters.
Script fonts are not listed but can be made at 30% extra cost if they meet production guidelines
Custom fonts are available when they meet minimum production guidelines. In general ANY custom font will be the same price as similar fonts found on the list.
Size, Depth & Finish
The larger the size, the more depth is available.

Minimum size is 6". Sizes over 36" Email for quote with details on font, size, finish
Titanium coatings & Marine Grade Stainless 316 cost 30% more than 304 Stainless
Titanium coated finishes (Gold, Copper, Bronze & Black) are restricted to 24" or less
Titanium coated stainless steel channel letters are impervious to weather and require little maintenance.
LED
Power pack(s)s are required to power the LED modules. This is a one time charge which covers the cost of as many packs as needed for all the LED sign letters in your order. This means that the more letters you order the cheaper the cost becomes per letter. Ordering just one letter does require a powerpack and may become cost prohibitive. For quantity repeats of greater than 2 of the same phrase there may be additional charges for powerpacks.
The LED color will be the same color as the acrylic face color chosen. This is the optimal way to properly light a colored translucent face.
"Without LED" means you will get letters that are LED Ready without any LED modules or wires. This is for those that want to supply their own LED modules and wiring.
Mounting Hardware
LED stainless steel channel letters come with stud mounting hardware for flush wall mounting.
Full size mounting pattern(s) are included in the price.
Our durable and attractive fabricated stainless steel channel letters with illuminated acrylic faces make a dramatic statement and provide outstanding low-light visibility. Get the exact combination of daylight and nighttime colors you want with a broad selection of translucent acrylic in letter heights from 6” to 36”. The stainless steel return provides a sophisticated look and depth. Comes with a polycarbonate backing with the brilliance of integrated LEDs included as part of this letter package.
LED Lit Pricing includes: Fabricated stainless steel LED sign letters - insides of cans painted white, Lexan backs for halo lighting.

Standard leads are three wire, 36” long cables.
Optional longer leads or individual wires available.
Systems are 12VDC, Class 2 with 60 watt power supplies, max. 5 amps each.
Wiring diagrams and instructions are provided with LED lit sets.
UL label location - optional location, per customer request.
IMPORTANT:
LED sign letters are drilled and tapped for stud mounts. Typical 1½” stand-off to create a
halo effect. Best halo is on a matte, light
colored mounting surface.
Not Included:
Electrical field wire, connectors, raceways, enclosures, hardware.
All field wiring shall be 14 awg, stranded wire.

Mounting Options:
Standard Halo Lit cans are produced with a removable can mount. Faces
and Cans can be removed by loosening screws in the returns. Optional
detachable studs can be ordered on request at extra cost which allows
the entire letter with back to remove from wall and no visible return screws.
If you choose to install LEDs yourself, we recommend the following:
• Order letters designed to be LED lit.
• Always match your face colors with the LED colors.
• Use only Low Voltage, High Quality, Low-profile LED systems
in any plastic letter
• Investigate the manufacturer to establish their stability in the market.
Most legitimate manufacturers have an established warranty period
and sell their systems through sign supply distributors.
• Although LED systems designed for non-signage applications may be
cheaper, they create problems at installation. For the greatest flexibility,
consistency, and longevity, select a system designed with signs in mind.
The fact that a font is listed here does not mean it can be produced. Custom fonts must be approved by our production team before we will accept the job. In general, suspect fonts would be anything that is really thin or has curly loops or even those that are super wide. We reserve the right to alter any font that does not meet the production or pricing standard.
This list is not by any means exhaustive and other fonts can be added to the list by emailing leigh@signlettersource.com with the name of the font you would like us to add. We will add it the next business day or sooner if possible and send you an email to let you know it was added and ready for use. For security, we do not allow uploading.
None of the fonts listed have been checked for height accuracy. The overall length on the preview may or may not be totally accurate. If you have a maximum area you are working with then you must let us know when you order. We will email you a proof with actual dimensions that you MUST approve before any order is accepted for production.
Aligns the display output(below) either left, right or center justified. This image is passed along in your order. Alignment requires 2 or more lines of text. TIP: You can also indent text by using spaces before and after the text to move the line text to the left or right.
Sets a background to the preview so that you can judge the text color against a background color. Backgrounds are not provided in the order. All letters come as individual letters or numbers. We do not make the sign, we help you to make your sign.
Halo lighted channel letters cannot be produced in sizes smaller than 6". Depending on the font chosen, channel letters may need to be greater than 12" tall to be produced at all. Letter sizes are priced by the inch of height.
The letter depth is tied to the letter height. The taller the letters are the more depth we can provide but it does add cost to the letter
This product is size and font dependent. Small sizes under 12 inches can only be made in block fonts and all capitals whereas most larger sizes can be made in any font. If you have your own font or your own artwork then we can accommodate that and there is usually no price difference. Send artwork in illustrator vector outlines to sales@signlettersource.com and include as much details about size, thickness, finish, mounts etc for a quick custom quote.
Type in the letters, numbers and punctuation, exactly as you want it to read when you make your sign. For multiple line signs, there are 3 other lines that will become available. What you type is what you will get. If lower case letters typed and the size is too small or lower case is not available in the chosen font, those letters will automatically convert to upper case and should convert back again when you change the height or size to something that has availability. What you type here will display in the preview area to the left along with correct real world dimensions. All letters are sent to you as individual letters and numbers, not as a ready made sign.
If you only want a series of numbers or numbers and letters for doors, then type them all in on line 1. Separate with a space but do not add comma's There is no need to add one number for each line.
If you want larger leading capitals in a phrase then you have to add the larger caps on a separate line.
Channel letters can be brushed or polished stainless steel or can have a titanium coating that imparts color to the metal and improves it's longevity. Stainless 316 alloys or titanium coatings should be considered for coastal environments. Paint is also an option on the color list tabs.
