These Stainless Steel Channel Letters come either LED equiped or "LED ready" for your supplied LED modules". Meticulously crafted by hand from 16, 18, 22 and 24 gauge alloy's 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Sheet. Where color is required, we use Titanium coated Stainless 304 Sheet with colors ranging from Brass to Bronze and Copper. LED included comes with all required power packs, lux tested for optimal halo effects, internally wired ready for your electrician. Full install instructions and wiring diagrams included, UL approved and factory warranted for 5 years on the LED. Typical 10 to 15 day production time

Fabricated reverse channel sign letters

Combine the premium look of our fabricated stainless steel letters with the sophisticated visibility of diffused halo lighting. Produced in a wide range of sizes from 6” to 36”high, in multiple rich stainless finish options, all lit with one of five LED colors. Halo Lit fabricated letters are produced with a removable can to allow for servicing of LEDs. In addition, optional detachable studs create a 1-1/2” stand-off, and allow easy removal of letters from the wall. Halo lit letters can be fabricated with or without LEDs. Alloy 304 is the standard stainless alloy, offering excellent resistance to corrosion. Alloy 316 and Titanium are also available and recommended for more harsh environments, such as coastal areas.

Size, Depth & Finish

  • The larger the size, the more depth is available.
  • Pricing is determined by Size, Depth and Finish
  • Minimum size is 6". Sizes over 36" Email for quote with details on font, size, finish
  • Titanium coatings & Marine Grade Stainless 316 cost 30% more than 304 Stainless
  • Titanium coated finishes (Gold, Copper, Bronze & Black) are restricted to 24" or less
  • Titanium coatings are impervious to weather and require little maintenence.

Lexan Backs

  • It is best not to mount lighted letters to high gloss or mirror finished backgrounds. If doing so the select frosted lexan for the backs which will diffuse the light and prevent it bouncing back. If you mount clear lexan backs to mirror finishes the halo effect will be nullified and the mirror background finish will show all the backs of the letters including studs, spacers, LED modules and wiring. This is not a good effect.

NO LED OPTION

  • "NO LED" means you will get letters that are LED Ready without any LED modules, power packs or wires. This option is for those that want to supply their own LED modules and wiring and purchase letters that are ready for LED. For halo lighting, the LED modules are affixed to the lexan back with the LED facing into the back of the letter.

    On face lighted letters you will mount your LED modules to the inside back plate of the can so that the LED module is facing the colored acrylic face.

Mounting Hardware

  • Backlit LED lighted signage letters come with stud mounting hardware for 1.5" wall standoff. This is the optimum distance from the wall to create the halo effect. These stainless steel LED lit sign letters cannot be free standing or rail mounted. The optimum background color will be dark and not glossy.
