Database is updated M-F. Please contact us if you do not recieve an order confirmation within 24 hours of your order being placed online.
A UPS or FEDEX tracking number will be displayed only after the order has shipped.
IMPORTANT UPS NOTICE REGARDING REUSED TRACKING NUMBERS
UPS have been reusing tracking numbers without updating their online database. Consequently your shipment may show on the UPS website as having been delivered. Closer examination will reveal a delivery date of last year. This is a UPS reused tracking number. UPS does not erase the previous status of the tracking number on their database, choosing instead to update it only AFTER the new shipment has been delivered.
This has caused many of our customers to send us nasty notes about "bogus shipments". The only way to get updated information on a resused tracking number is to call UPS directly at 1-800-pick-ups (800-742-5877). Do not use the automated system. Speak directly to an AGENT by repeating the word AGENT till the automated system transfers you to an agent. Give them the tracking number and ask for the information.
Please feel free to voice your dissatisfaction with the UPS agent. Hopefully if enough of us complain they will update their online database when issuing a reused tracking number, or better still, cease this practice altogether.
