Injection molded sign letters emulate the look of cut out or cast letters in that the returns or edges are sharply defined at 90 degrees to the letters face. In comparison, Vacuum Formed Plastic Letters have returns that are closer to 85 degrees with edges that are more rounded. Other than these differences, there is no structural difference in the two products.
