Patterns keep your sign copy properly spaced and vertically aligned. In addition, many folks make the mistake of placing all letters on a single baseline. Did you know that on most fonts rounded letters such as S-C-G-O are usually taller than flat top letters like E-A-I ? The human eye percieves those round letters to be smaller than they actually are. They are normally centerlined on the flat top letters. With the exception of the free spacing tape, mounting patterns take care of this for you.

Fabricated sign letters are hand crafted from stainless steel sheet, with seamless edges and returns that come either satin or polished. Our fabricated stainless steel sign letters have depths up to 5 inches which are more than adequate to accomodate LED and Neon back lighting. A clear lexan back plate can also be provided to keep most of the weather out.

Fabricated Stainless Steel sign letters and numbers can be shaped into a variety of styles and even produce simple logo designs. Finishes come in the following types:
